We have conferences, and all partners have similar homework, all participants can access the conference presentations, listen, ask questions. Previously we have been agreed which sub-theme we will discuss, what methods are used and so on.
Each participant school can be responsible for hosting an event during the two-year project, as well as carrying out an evaluation of their event and the learning outcomes achieved from it. They will be expected to share this information through e-communications to ensure we have continued improvement, gained the expected results and discussed the outcomes during the two years. They will also take a share of the learning activities that will take place in the curriculum and can be clearly seen between the three events (see below and action plan for details).
Turkey: We will be responsible for creating the project website, making sure that all the activities, photos from meetings and results will be published on the website for all internet users as well as the participants of the project.
Italy: we can host a meeting in october, november 2012 or we can agree when...and we could create a video joining together videos from all the nations' works as final product of the project to share at the last meeting.
Poland: responsible for the logo of the project, a photo contest and printed materials (something like a brochure).
Croatia:-organizing ___ Days in our school after each mobility(e.g. Estonian Days, Turkish Days etc.) to present to the wider audience what the students have learned about the visited country -editing and publishing an E-magazine about our project -creating a Wallwisher for each project year to review the year and get students' evaluation -creating glogs about different project activities
Portugal: We can host a meeting in April / May (2012) - create a blog as means of disseminating the information/good practices - make a webquest on some topics to be addressed
Estonia: As the lead school, we will be co-ordinating the overall programme, making sure that the action plan is carried out by all participants. We will host on Year 2 Final Conference (May 2013). We are responsible for the operation of the project.
Spain: We will create the survey guidelines to carry out in all the participant countries. By using simple but effective and clear statistical and sociological techniques, we will achieve an easy and fully comparative output of results. This survey will include quantitative and qualitative questions. We can host a meeting in November (2012).
Iceland: Our contribution / work could be theoretical preparation. We would in addition to Spains survey method like to use qualitative methods, that is interviews, ethnographic observations made by the students etc. We can prepare this. The scope of the concept diversity / stereotypes be enlarged - focusing also on gender types or stereotypes and sexual minorities.
